You must apply for housing as soon as possible after receiving your orders. By applying, you are not obligated to move into housing, but you guarantee a position on the waiting list.
Homes are assigned based on rank, number of family members, and your position on the waitlist (Click for the latest Waitlist Brief). The waitlist is based on the date you departed your last duty station, as verified by the clear date. While we will do all we can to find the perfect home when you need it, please note the wait times below for our most popular neighborhoods.
