Every year, as a resident of The Villages of Benning, you are given the opportunity to participate in the Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) Tenant Communities Initiative Survey, to not only let the Army know your opinion of housing here on Fort Benning but also to help us identify what our team is doing well and where there is an opportunity for improvement. The annual survey will be emailed to all residents on Wednesday, December 2nd.

To help make certain that you receive your emailed survey, PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT NOW TO ADD ArmyHousingSurvey@celassociates.com TO YOUR ALLOWED SENDERS IN ANY ANTI-SPAM SOFTWARE FILTERING YOUR EMAIL.

All residents are encouraged to complete the HQDA Tenant Survey to help guide the Army and their private partners in the development of future improvements to privatized housing facilities and services.

This survey is being administered through a third party, CEL & Associates, Inc. (CEL). The survey results are confidential, so please express your true opinions and thoughts. If for any reason you do not receive the email with the survey link by the time you check your email on December 2nd, please contact your Community Management Office for assistance.
